(6736960da) Fixes to name-based item checks that wouldn't work correctly if playing in a language other than English: - Fixed Item.ReadSpawnData failing to find the correct prefab if the client is using a different language than the server, a couple of fixes to name-based item checks. - Fixed extra cargo spawning. - Fixed clients not getting correct ID card tags for the respawn shuttle.

(38b5d9aad) Experimental changes to syncing ragdolled (unconscious/dead) characters: - Higher error tolerance when syncing the positions. It's often hard to get the main limb exactly to the same position as the collider, because the positions of the limbs aren't synced and the pose of the ragdoll may differ between the server and clients. Increasing the tolerance makes it less likely for dead/unconscious characters to "twitch" when the game attempts to force the main limb to the position of the collider. - If the position of the ragdoll differs from the position of the collider so much that CheckDistFromCollider disables limb collisions, apply an additional force to all limbs to force the ragdoll to the correct position. Otherwise the ragdoll can occasionally start "hanging" midair, clipping through solid objects, because the main limb's pull joint doesn't necessarily have enough force to pull the entire ragdoll up to the collider.

Docking port fixes again. Closes #551
...
- Non-saveable entities aren't removed from the linkedTo-list during saving, because that causes gaps to become unlinked with the hulls between docking ports when starting a campaign round.
- Hull rechecks are disabled on docking port gaps, because moving linked subs into place may cause the gaps to become unlinked if they're positioned in a certain way (for example in some subs the hulls between the docking ports end up inside the gap).
- Dockingports only connect the waypoints linked to their gap to each other, instead of every waypoint that happens to be inside the gap.

Ladder waypoint generation fix: waypoints are not just placed at the top and bottom of the ladders (and at hatches on the ladders), but above every platform along the ladders (-> waypoints work correctly on ladders spanning through multiple floors). + Some ladder climbing fixes in IndoorsSteeringManager.

Water flow logic tweaking:
...
- Less fluctuation, water doesn't constantly flow back and forth through gaps.
- Flowing water pushes characters around much more heavily, and the force is applied to the collider in addition to the limbs.
- Vertical gaps don't push characters up/down unless the character is roughly above/below the gap.
+ Renamed some fields in the hull and gap classes (Volume -> WaterVolume, FullVolume -> Volume, public fields start with a capital letter)

Updated to MonoGame 3.6 + Directory refactor
...
- Barotrauma's projects are in the Barotrauma directory
- All libraries are in the Libraries directory
- MonoGame is now managed by NuGet, rather than referenced from the installed files (TODO: consider using PCL for easier cross-platform development?)
- NuGet libraries are not included in the repo, as getting the latest versions automatically should be preferred
- Removed Content/effects.mgfx as it didn't seem to be used anywhere
- Removed some references to Subsurface directory
- Renamed Launcher2 to Launcher
