Fixed server creating network events in Item.Load due to CreateServerEvent calls in some of the ItemComponent properties (e.g. LightComponent.IsOn). Caused syncing problems because the entity spawn events aren't created until the item has been loaded, leading to situations where clients fail to read events because the entity doesn't exist at their end yet (see #1293). TODO: get rid of console errors when attempting to create events during component initialization in the Item constructor.

    Enemy AI fixes:
    - Fix enemies "fleeing" after they have been shot. There was a steering issue when they targeted characters that were inside the sub when they were outside of it
    - Fix the previous target resetting too often
    - Fix the wall target resetting too often
    - Use world positions instead of sim positions where possible, because the sub positions are then taken into account

Server sets clients' last received campaign save/update IDs to one before the current up-to-date IDs (instead of zero) when a campaign changes. Zero would get interpreted as a more up-to-date ID if the IDs of the current campaign are close to ushort.MaxValue where the IDs wrap around.

bf87006bc3 Attempt to fix items dropping client-side when moving them from inventory another (#558).
The clients delay applying the received remote state of an inventory they just put an item inside, because otherwise the inventory may revert to an old state if items are moved in rapid succession. I think the problem was that the delay was not applied to the inventory the item is _taken from_, so it was possible that the clients applied an old delayed state even though an item had just been moved out of the inventory. Another problem was that the server didn't create an event for the inventory the item was removed from, so if there were any wrong items in a client-side inventory, they would just be dropped instead of being moved back to the correct inventory.

c66098ca4e Fixed only the first inventory of an item being synced (e.g. clients wouldn't get notified when an item is contained in the "output inventory" of a fabricator or deconstructor). 2018-07-30 11:00:21 +03:00

07d3d69040 Equipped items can be swapped by double-clicking, fixed inventories getting messed up when swapping multi-slot items fails (e.g. drag a jumpsuit on an equipped diving suit). 2018-03-02 15:24:54 +02:00

575b643c62 Added "user" parameter to Inventory.PutItem and Inventory.TryPutItem. + More descriptive wiring logging: the logs don't list all the wires in a connectionpanel but only the changes a player does to the wiring. Disconnecting wires by picking them up and wiring done by the host are also logged now. 2017-07-17 23:27:31 +03:00

4d225c65f2 Updated to MonoGame 3.6 + Directory refactor
- Barotrauma's projects are in the Barotrauma directory
- All libraries are in the Libraries directory
- MonoGame is now managed by NuGet, rather than referenced from the installed files (TODO: consider using PCL for easier cross-platform development?)
- NuGet libraries are not included in the repo, as getting the latest versions automatically should be preferred
- Removed Content/effects.mgfx as it didn't seem to be used anywhere
- Removed some references to Subsurface directory
- Renamed Launcher2 to Launcher
