Eero	e167a34f32	Make entity lists thread-safe with copy-on-write wrappers ... Replaced static entity lists (e.g., HullList, GapList, MapEntityList, etc.) with thread-safe copy-on-write wrappers to improve concurrency and prevent race conditions.
